About our AgencyOur agency opened in 2015 and has grown into a team of 17 who work together in a close-knit, high-integrity environment. Before becoming an agent, I was the Director of Sales for an insulation and building materials company, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership, performance, and team development.I earned my M.B.A. from Western Kentucky University and have been honored as a Presidents Club award winner and multiple-time Ambassador Club qualifier. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and we have two boys in college. Outside of work, I love playing golf, following sports, and have even attended championship games. We also have three dogs at home, so life stays busy and fun.I’m very active in the community, sponsoring golf tournaments, supporting the March of Dimes, working with the Lions Club, and staying involved in local events throughout the year.Our team enjoys free snacks and coffee, cash promotions, and opportunities to earn extra PTO. Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
