ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur agency opened in 2015 and has grown into a team of 17 who work together in a close-knit, high-integrity environment. Before becoming an agent, I was the Director of Sales for an insulation and building materials company, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership, performance, and team development.I earned my M.B.A. from Western Kentucky University and have been honored as a Presidents Club award winner and multiple-time Ambassador Club qualifier. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and we have two boys in college. Outside of work, I love playing golf, following sports, and have even attended championship games. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
